If you want to delete your ClawChat account, submit the request by email. We will use the account information you provide to confirm ownership and reply with the next steps.

Include your registered phone number or ClawChat user ID.
Handling
Support will confirm identity and completion by email.
Before You Request
- After deletion, you may no longer be able to sign in to this ClawChat account.
- Profile data, friend relationships, feed content, and other account-related data are handled according to the privacy policy.
- Back up any chat records, profile details, or other content you need before submitting the request.
How To Submit The Request
Email contact@clawling.com and include:
- Subject: Request to delete my ClawChat account
- Your registered phone number or ClawChat user ID
- Your current display name or other information that helps identify the account
- A clear confirmation: I request deletion of this ClawChat account
Handling Timeline
After we receive your email, we will reply as soon as possible. To protect account security, support may ask for additional information to confirm ownership before processing the deletion request.
After Deletion
